Sometimes I wonder.. why do I need a fridge at home.. other than to suck my electricity.. since it’s empty most of the time.

Electricity tariff in the Malaysia peninsula will go up by 12% from June 1 btw.. [link] say YaY. Maybe it’s time to shut off my dear fridge.
Is there any official English name for Bak Chang? Rice dumplings? Meat dumplings? Rice and meat dumplings? Or the official English name is really the simple Bak Chang?
We make our own Bak Chang at home for the the Dragon Boat Festival since I was a child, making Bak Chang is one of the very few cooking skill that I can be proud of lol.
Yesterday Bryan was on leave and called me for lunch, and we went to Sunway Pyramid Hartz Chicken Buffet. Actually Bryan is the only person that is willing to eat at the buffet restaurant with me, vice versa.
My other friends seem uninterested with the chicken concept at all, or probably they thought that the restaurant is too cheapscake or whatsoever.
[Sabah trip, 31-Mar-2006] We continued our journey to Klias Wetland after our joyous Padas white water rafting. Klias Wetland is famous worldwide for its endangered species of proboscis monkeys.
We arrived at our resort almost evening and hopped on a motorboat where it took us into the mangroves swamp in search of the monkey famous for its big nose.
It’s not easy to spot the proboscis monkeys, and not easy to see it clearly even with a binocular. YM used her 40x zoom camera to took the photo (left), which still required a bit of editing, and that’s as good as it gets.
