This might be one of the reason Astro are buying all those rubbish channels recently... so that the competitors are left with nothing to deal with. Astro is building on very poor customer loyalty. If there is a worthy competitor Astro could be losing a quarter of their customers easily... question is, when is it going to happen? Or will it ever going to happen?
