After my sister is back from Europe after spending some 2 years there, my lifestyle changed a bit.. I no longer have instant noodles as breakfast and is replaced with cereals instead, which according to sis.. we must eat healthy breakfast.
So every morning I’m having muesli, corn-flakes and milk.



Am I getting any healthier? Dunno yet. One thing for sure, I’ve gained 6 pounds after changing my breakfast menu.. I’m blaming on the ‘healthy’ cereals.

You gained 6 pounds ah? Wah, you using full fat milk or what?? Or maybe you tak kenyang with the breakfast that you eat more for lunch or dinner??

Tanya.. Low fat milk, common 3 meals a day. Perhaps the cereals and milk are just that bit more fattening than instant noodles lol.
Joshy.. UK muesli repack in Malaysia, US corn flakes repack in Thailand. Brand arh? Don’t want to give them free promotion, not that it tasted really good.

hahaha i noe what u mean lol…the cereal companies i noe of are onli kinda like Post or Kelloggs haha
it does let you gain a bit of weight if we do not do some exercise, cos a lot of energy from the cereals mahh

oie, not over positive lar. it’s possible u know? muscles weight more than fats so weight urself n see if u still flabby or not. if still then i say u definitely cacat lar. lol

Yvy.. I’m cacat, affirmative. Not really but although not scientifically proven, I believe that I am the kind of person that will gain weight by drinking water only
