Went to Shogun Japanese buffet restaurant at 1U last night, sort of celebration for Seong’s birthday. It should be a happy day but ended in real havoc for me.
The food option was great, good quality, decent services and everything seemed fine until almost the end of the dinner, when I started to feel some dizziness and distorted stomach.
I somehow managed to drive home with the dizziness, got into the house only to start my process with half a dozen of vomiting and waste disposing.
It’s likely that I’m caught with a minor food poisoning or something.. well Shogun became the #1 suspect.
I don’t want to put full blame on Shogun, I had a cup of orange juice from somewhere else when I was in the Q. Undeniable however, that’s a high possibility that I consumed something wrong dining at the restaurant..
Hmm my friend seemed ok after the dinner, so probably I’m the unlucky one or what? Still I guess I won’t be going to Shogun again in near future.. unless someone want to belanja me.

Interesting point Joshy.. but never heard that mixing orange with Jap food will cause any trouble.. and they don’t have fresh oysters..
Much better after that night, thanks.

U dont get food poisoning from the food u ate at that very same day. It’s more likely from the food u ate a day before.

If not mistaken food is fully digested from the stomach in 4 hours… if I ate something wrong why would I need to wait a day to feel the pain and effect? Not logical for me.
