Sunway Pyramid Hartz Chicken BuffetYesterday Bryan was on leave and called me for lunch, and we went to Sunway Pyramid Hartz Chicken Buffet. Actually Bryan is the only person that is willing to eat at the buffet restaurant with me, vice versa.

My other friends seem uninterested with the chicken concept at all, or probably they thought that the restaurant is too cheapscake or whatsoever.

Sunway Pyramid Hartz Chicken Buffet, empty seats

We went to the restaurant after lunch hour and we were the only customers there for some 20 minutes before other customers walked in.. that’s kinda freaky actually, I felt like eating at a different dimension.

Sunway Pyramid Hartz Chicken Buffet

Well chicken buffet.. off course to main dish is chicken, with a decent salad bar and some other hot dishes. The food tasted fair enough, definitely not the best at every aspect, but value for money perhaps.

I actually like their mashed potatoes.. ermm wait.. I actually LOVE mashed potatoes from whatever places.

It cost us RM14.40 each for a buffet lunch, a happy stomach and an enjoyable afternoon, some more got view of Sunway Lagoon from the buffet restaurant.

Sunway Lagoon

The only thing missing is some hot chicks and a bunny girl

Hartz has got great tasting chicken! I find that their chicken is very nicely cooked - juicy and succulent, tasty (well marinated), not too oily or fatty.

Yes, Hartz is still at Sunway Mall, but they have moved to a newly and very nicely renovated premises at West Wing of Lower Level 2, opposite Guardian Pharmacy. The restaurant looks so modern now, but food is as good, and the price is as great a value for money.

With the Happy Hour from Mon-Fri 2pm-4pm, u can have lunch/dinner at one go at 15% off the normal price!

Aku pun sudah lama lepak kat Hartz, tak ingat harga dulu berapa.. harga naik biasa lah, inflasi.. petrol kat 1996 pun tak sampai RM1, sekarang kan RM1.9x.

Harga masih murah berbanding buffet lain.

Interesting, there’s price difference even though the outlets are in Klang Valley. If I remember correctly there’s another Hartz at The Mall as well, wonder what is the price lol.

Anyhow it’s the convenient that matters, Pyramid is still the best option for me.

That’s just a joke. Btw it doesn’t take a rich person to open a franchise, funding can be obtained from bank with proper proposal and connections.
