I suddenly thought of an Indian friend that passed away in a car accident 2 years ago, and no matter how hard I tried.. I just couldn’t recall his name.
We were faculty mates back in UM, he’s one of the closest Indian friend I’ve ever had. He was humorous, smart and fun loving.. a great guy I must say. But how on earth could it be that I can’t remember his name.
I feel like an idiot right now.

hey man pal…dun think that way about yourself. Perhaps its exactly because he was a great friend to you that your subconscious mind tries to forget his name, remembering his name would keep on etching agony to your mind about his passing away. Don’t feel too dejected k?am sure his name will come to your mind soon

Thanks for trying to comfort me Joshy.. I always in hope to remember his name after some rest, but it doesn’t help.
Yes I am disappointed with myself, but is feeling more to suprise that how short and vulnerable our memories could be.
I’ve no doubt that I will get back his name someday.. it’s just.. weird.
