Credit cards can kill. I ealier read some news about 2 Taiwanese commiting suicide because of the overwhelming credit cards debt.
Credit cards debt is a serious rising issue in Taiwan, adult without fix income could easily obtain a credit card. It’s estimated that 40% of Taiwanese are using credit cards, with average of 4-5 cards per person.
I recently realized that a few friends of mine are having credit card debts, one of them are in debt of 5 figures and is having a depression.
I think it’s fair to say that Malaysians can quite easily obtain a credit card, some of them with a few.. and without proper planning some people just went on a shopping spree with their credit cards and woolah! When the bills come die lar!
In Taiwan some credit card debtors blamed the banks for issueing credit cards for them too easily.. ermm wonder if the banks force them to use it and overspend or not? Guess not..
For those who are having credit card debts, pity you.. quick quick try to settle the bill and don’t continue spending on credit loans.
