lol Irene sometimes I also frustrated by slow drivers but at least they are following the rules, so I’ll bear with them.. it’s those ruthless drivers that makes me sick.

haha,ya. that’s very horrifying to drive in KL. My husband and I also complain that lot of drivers drive so stupid..hehe..he said why traffic jam? coz got lot of ppl stupid when driving..too slow or “lun zhun” (careless)

Be very careful in when your car is involved in an accident with a motorcyclist. Apparently, in the absence of concrete evidence, the courts will always give the benefit of the doubt to the motorcyclist (even though the motorcyclist is the perpetrator!), unless you can prove that there were mitigating circumstances.
If possible, the best thing to do would be to wait for the police to take the pics of the accident aftermath *before* removing your vehicle from the spot. Failing that, at least take a pic with your h/p camera or digital cam.
If you forgot to take photographic evidence before moving your vehicle, you better pray that you can find some other physical evidence that can put the blame squarely on the motorcyclist’s shoulder, e.g. you find beer bottles in his motorcycle and his breath smells of alcohol (to prove that he’s been drinking and his judgement was impaired).
Frankly I think this “benefit of the doubt” thing really sucks. Not only do motorcyclists flout the traffic rules, but when they get into accidents, the law backs them up!
