Lara.. yes my bank account was charged, just never got any confirmation, and because I paid by bank transfer rather than ccard I can't check my booking status.. This led me to the final resource, to visit AirAsia office to sort this out, speaking of which, their customer support address is not stated on their website.. need to do more digging, arghh..
