Malaysia airline company AirAsia had their anniversary celebration free airline ticket giveaway last month, lots of happy people got their free tickets and awaiting their holidays, quite a successful bonanza for AirAsia.
I am a bit unlucky with my air ticket booking though, first was a little complication during my registration, my payment (for airport taxes etc, the tickets are free as said) was not immediately processed, my payment was only charged hours later. Ending up I never received any confirmation on email or other methods about my booking.
Then I called their customer service, as expected their service line very busy, my highest record is holding the phone for an hour and no operator served me. After a few attempts on calling, I decided to send an email instead, which was a week ago and yet to receive a reply.
My friends are really happy with what they got from AirAsia, so I guessed I am the very unlucky one. AirAsia is giving the tickets for free so I probably shouldn’t compain much, but disappointment in this situation is unavoidable for a common citizen lol..
I will try to call again later, hopefully after the hectic promotion period and also end of the new year holiday, my lucky star will shine upon me and settle my problem.

Alicia.. I had been hanging on the phone for an hour today, watching a CSI episod from start till the end and no one entertained me, lol lucky arh?
Lara.. yes my bank account was charged, just never got any confirmation, and because I paid by bank transfer rather than ccard I can’t check my booking status..
This led me to the final resource, to visit AirAsia office to sort this out, speaking of which, their customer support address is not stated on their website.. need to do more digging, arghh..
