I can still remember that night, I was sitting in front of my computer and suddenly felt dizzy.. it was not until minutes later when my mum called me that I realized it was an earthquake. I turned on CNN news not much coverage of it, and went for sleep.
What an horrific shock when I turned on the news the other morning, realizing the earthquake had caused a tsunami, a tsunami with unimaginable scale. Even the news reporters and stats were shock and confused, nobody really knew what was happening. The death toll was increasing in hundreds and thousands every hour, Asia was shocked.. the whole world was shocked.
It’s been a year now, it is hard for the victims to forget about the disaster, it’s hard for anyone to forget about the day.. the day that the tsunami shocked the world. May those who passed rest in peace, and those who survived living their life peacefully thereafter.
Also not to forget the victims of countless disaster this year, especially from the Pakistan earthquake.. my hearty blessing and wishes for them to survive and recover from the nightmares.
