Hey. I’m Australian and I found out about Li Yuchun from her part in the Beijing Welcomes You song from the olympics. My Modern History teacher actually made my class watch the video on youtube as part of her intro to the class on learing about China and Li Yuchun caught my eye and I decided to check her out online. It was her voice that caught me becasue I never even knew about China Supergirl comp let along saw it. So I’m prob her biggest fan in Australia :P but I don’t speak or understand Chinese so it’s a little difficult for me to follow her lyrics but I like them nonetheless.

I am a Malaysian but living in China. Chris is really popular here and she’s a true patriot. Though she is popular, she doesn’t let it get to her head and do lots for her country. She is often seen appearing in concerts as well as having concerts of her own. The local television is very supportive of her as well especially the channel that showed Supergirls back in 2005. She too show lots of support to that particular channel and is often appearing in shows from the channel.

One thing I find it weird is that is pretty difficult to get Yuchun’s stuff. I am looking for her photo book and if anyone know where I can get it in Hangzhou please beep me! Thanks!!

she hasn`t changed a bit since her victory at super girl
still humble, down to earth, pretty, cool …
she is just incredible
