[From Wikipedia] Le Parkour (also called Parkour, PK) is a physical discipline of French origin in which participants attempt to pass obstacles in a smooth and rapid manner.

Basically with Parkour you will see people running like wild, jumping, climbing and hopping everywhere. It’s getting more and more popular everyday, came as no suprise.. Parkour looks fun when you watch it in tv, it’s damn cool.

Parkour is an extreme test to body fitness, it require strenght, agility and coordination to complete the routine. Those who are good in Parkour are real athletes, I think sooner or later Parkour will be included in the X-games or maybe a competition of their own.

Never seen any Malaysian doing Parkour, in our culture anyone doing it might be arrested straight away for public harrassment lol..
