Suprise suprise.. after lots of hectic walk during my tour I thought I could lost some weight.. apparently the indication is moving on the opposite direction, I actually gained 8lbs in 30 days! Magnific??!
Guess that the cheese and beer were working exceptionly well to generate body fat, ooo I am a genius.. I discovered the super food for those skinny peeps who desperately needing to gain some weight
Ok, I am going to develope an ultimate commando plan for myself, I must shed off this pretty 8lbs within the next 30 days.. that means no fatty food, no excess carb, weight lifting everyday, swimming or jogging everyday and no more partying (after tomolo nite I guess
