We went for a Rhine Cruise in the early morning, famous for its scenery and castle uphill along the way.. a pretty decent morning.

We had our lunch at Cologne before heading to Volendam. You know you are in Holland when you see this..

Suprisingly there are not many windmills around, lol at least not as many as I though would be.. and most of the windmills are not moving btw.
Volendam is a small town, with a seaport. The seafood there is yummy, and quite cheap. I also ate an apple pie, the best ever apple pie I ever had.

We also visited a nearby clog and cheese factory before heading to Amsterdam for the night stay. The factory just had a minor flood because of the rain before we reached there.. anyway the cheese taste pretty good, too bad we couldn’t bring any back to UK because of custom rules.
